Introduction & Background

A unified voice for the SAARC diaspora in America.

In 2022, to fill the gap of collective representation of a very powerful business block in the USA, SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry USA Inc. was formed with one simple goal: to have one voice for SAARC country business leaders in the US.

In numerous sectors of the US economy — from service to medicine, innovation to entrepreneurship, banking, trading and technology — our people have the footprint of excellence everywhere. In the SAARC Chamber USA, we are rooted in one.

Objective

Utilization of collective power in every aspect of business endeavor in the US and around the globe. Enhancing connection, cooperation and coordination between SAARC country government institutions, regional chambers of commerce and industry, and their US counterparts.

Management & Operations

Upon inception, visionary businessman Mr. Iftikhar Ahmed assumed responsibility as the founding President of SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry USA. The presidency is rotated among the members every four years by election. A selected body representing member countries oversees day-to-day activity.
